By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

All transactions made through this website are authorized and processed by the payment gateway of LABWEEK.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [EMAIL] with proof (photos/videos). Our team will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For order cancellations, customers must submit a request via admin@labweek.co Refunds will be handled based on the timing of the request:

Within 1 hour of placing your order → Full refund (100%)
Between 1-6 hours of placing your order → 70% refund
After 6 hours or if the order has been processed/shipped → Cancellation may not be possible
In cases where cancellation is not possible, additional fees may apply. Our customer support team will assist you with the process.

WARRANTY
We stand by the quality of our products. All items come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Issues caused by improper use or storage
